28ph Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 28ph online gaming platform, including the website at 28ph.one, all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, applications, and services provided by 28ph ("the Platform", "28ph", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR standards;
• Have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• Agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited;
• Are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party for the purpose of circumventing any provision of these Terms.

If you are accessing 28ph on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In all cases, the 21-year age restriction applies to the individual interacting with the Platform regardless of any corporate or organisational context.

To register and maintain a 28ph account, you must continuously satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 28ph operates strictly in accordance with Philippine gaming age requirements. Providing false age information to circumvent this requirement constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Identity: You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts and automated registrations are not permitted.
• Residency/Access: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active 28ph account. Operating multiple accounts constitutes a prohibited activity and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and capable of entering into binding legal agreements.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether through 28ph's own responsible gaming tools or any applicable PAGCOR exclusion register.

Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information 28ph may require for identity verification, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, or responsible gaming purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your login password and withdrawal PIN. 28ph will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• You must notify 28ph immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your account.
• You agree not to share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account on your behalf.
• All activity conducted through your account while your credentials are valid is your sole legal and financial responsibility, regardless of whether you personally conducted those transactions.
• 28ph reserves the right to require enhanced verification at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on the 28ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 28ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your 28ph wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may be subject to standard processing times of the respective financial institution.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 28ph targets processing of GCash withdrawal requests within 1–2 hours for verified accounts. This target is not a contractual guarantee and may be subject to delays during scheduled maintenance, system outages, or regulatory review periods. Withdrawals to Philippine banks are targeted for processing within the same business day.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered under the same name as your verified 28ph account. Third-party transfers are strictly prohibited.
• 28ph charges zero withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, which are outside 28ph's control.
• 28ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 or on accounts that exhibit unusual transaction patterns consistent with money laundering or fraud.
• Deposits made to your 28ph account must be wagered at least once before withdrawal requests will be processed, to satisfy anti-money laundering requirements.

28ph offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of offer, which may include wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and validity periods.

• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of twenty (20) times before they may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso and can only be used on games within the 28ph platform.
• 28ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice where abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Each promotion is limited to one (1) per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method. Any attempt to claim a promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus winnings derived from a violated promotion may be forfeited in full, and 28ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of the associated funds pending investigation.
• Any promotion that references a third-party offer, free bet, or sweepstake is subject to the additional terms of that specific campaign as communicated through the 28ph promotions page.

All games available on the 28ph Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for RNG-based titles, and independently operated live-streaming technology for live dealer games. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are certified by the respective game developers and are published within each game's information panel.

In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and the result recorded in 28ph's server logs, the server-side record shall be conclusive and binding for the purpose of determining bet outcomes and account balances. Technical malfunctions of any kind void all plays and wagers associated with the malfunction.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 28ph does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except where a technical error attributable to 28ph's own systems is confirmed.
• Players are expected to act in good faith. Any attempt to exploit game software bugs, undisclosed features, or mathematical anomalies constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and may vary by table or room. These limits are displayed within each game interface prior to play.
• 28ph's payout decisions in all disputed cases are final, subject only to any regulatory review process applicable under PAGCOR standards.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 28ph Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud: Any act or attempt to defraud 28ph or other players, including providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, or exploiting promotional systems dishonestly.
• Money Laundering: Using the 28ph Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to layer or integrate proceeds of crime in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Underage Gambling: Registering, playing, or facilitating gambling by any person under 21 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one 28ph account for the purpose of duplicating bonuses or circumventing any restriction.
• Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent chargeback with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to 28ph.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer or multi-player games.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without human direction.
• System Exploitation: Attempting to exploit any software bug, mathematical loophole, or undisclosed vulnerability in any game or Platform system.

28ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where any of the following circumstances apply:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within the required timeframe;
• Detection of activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing;
• Instruction from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies;
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months;
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed following confirmed fraud or Terms violation, all balances held in the account — including real-money funds, bonus credits, and pending withdrawals — are subject to forfeiture. Where closure is due to a player-initiated self-exclusion or inactivity, verified real-money balances above ₱200 will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method following applicable compliance review.

All content on the 28ph Platform — including but not limited to the 28ph name, logo, design elements, website code, game interfaces, graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 28ph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright instruments.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

The 28ph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 28ph takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, 28ph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) unauthorised access to your account arising from your own failure to secure credentials; (c) interruptions, delays, or failures in platform availability; (d) reliance on any information published on the Platform; or (e) the outcome of any bet or wager placed on the Platform.

28ph collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of this agreement. The Privacy Policy describes what data 28ph collects, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, and the rights available to you as a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent for non-essential data processing at any time by contacting support, with the understanding that withdrawal of certain consents may affect your ability to maintain an active 28ph account.

Your continued use of the 28ph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
